Abstract :
Immune System is a complex system, has been consisting of complex elements with complex interactions, which has characteristics like autopoiesis and evolution. As a model for living systems, Capra Cognitive Framework introduces the main components of living systems. In this paper, functionality of the immune system is going to be perused and simulated through considering this framework. Biological Agents with autopoiesis, evolution and inheritance capability have been introduced and used for simulation. Biological Agents also have the abilities of learning, communication and adaptation. Through the time, inheritance and autopoiesis ability, have led the agent to find emergence and evolution. The effect of some parameters on system´s robustness has been illustrated in simulation results.
