Abstract
This work presents an automatic sizing tool for optimal design of CMOS OTA, where the formulation is based on the Advanced Compact MOSFET (ACM) model. Several design examples prove that the methodology is reliable, provides useful guidelines, exploits the entire design space and is also adequate for small load capacitances.
