Abstract :
An intelligent controller used in the dynamic ration weighing process to improve the accuracy and velocity is researched. The process features as time-varying, large time-delay, non-linear and uncertainties. The controller is combined the fuzzy logical reasoning with neural networks control technique. The simulation results indicate that the designed controller can overcome the difficulties and improve the control qualities. Namely, this is an available method easily be realized to solve the conflict between weighing speed and precision in real-time control process. The application in salt plant in Inner Mongolia shows that weighing velocity has been increased to 6.75 s/bag with 4%omicron precision per 50 kg.
