Abstract :
It was Introduced that the ultrasonic sensor checking device union PLC communication function apply to anti-collision protect system of bridge cranes stride over the same rack in the railway service workshop. Authors designed hardware and software system of the parallel network communication based on FX2N series PLC, realized Information communication and long-range control between bridge cranes stride over the same rack in a workshop, ensured effectively the safe distance between the cranes, prevented from the collision accident, improved the work assurance coefficient and availability, provided the technology for realizing the Intellectualization, transparent factory and entire integrated automatic system.
