Abstract
Based on AC wound motor resistor string speed control system of mine hoist, the use of H-bridge power modules cascaded multi-level high-voltage converter and DSP TMS320LF2407 controller composed of frequency control system was introduced in this paper. It introduces the system composition, theory and technical characteristics, which can overcome the shortcomings of the original system, realize stepless speed regulation, four-quadrant operation, renewable energy feedback and some other functions, improve system reliability and production efficiency, and finally achieve the purpose of saving energy.
