Abstract
Voice over IP is an effective technology to reduce communication fee between people by means of the Internet. However, the quality of communication in the Internet is still a major challenge to real-time voice communication, such as excessive delay, packet loss, and high delay jitter, all these impair the communication quality. In order to improve the quality of communication between Voice Communication, this paper presents a Real-time Voice Communication model based on the mechanism of double-buffered circular queue to control the audio playing in communication. Finally, a collection of experiments are done for verifying the audio quality and offer some evaluation data for designed model. And experiments show that the audio quality in designed model is good and its delay is less than 50ms, which could be seen from the comparison of waveform simulation diagram.
