Abstract :
Temperature sensors have a wide variety of applications in automated processes for temperature control and regulation, we first analysis the thermocouple principle- thermoelectric effect, thermocouple types, thermocouple measurement circuit, then we design the hardware interface circuit of thermocouple sensor and microcontroller, the whole system is composed of five modules: keyboard module, display module, temperature signal acquisition and conversion module, temperature control signal output module and microcontroller module. Last, we design the system software flow-chart, there are main program, timer interrupt flow chart, temperature acquisition and conversion flow chart, temperature control flow chart and keyboard process flow chart. This proposed technique is well suited for various applications and has good prospects.
