Abstract :
In this paper, some adaptive algorithms which are improved to keep target signals are applied to AMTI and trade-off studies are conducted to find out the optimum adaptive algorithm for AMTI. Three adaptive algorithms are investigated here: (1) Widrow algorithm, (2) Sequential Regression algorithm and (3) Blocked Lattice algorithm. An experiment to evaluate the performance of each algorithm is carried out using real clutter data. The experimental results show that Blocked Lattice algorithm has high performance in both of clutter suppression effect and stability.
