Abstract :
The effect of the temperature on vibration based electrostatic energy harvester is studied. When the vibration of 190.6 Hz and 1m/s2 is applied to the vibration based electrostatic energy harvester, power densities are measured in the temperature from 30°C to 70°C. Measured power densities don´t vary by the temperature change. It is proved that electrostatic energy harvester is resistant to temperature change.
