Abstract :
The state-of-the-art in development of millimeter wave imaging systems based on far-field and near-field remote testing is analyzed and discussed. It is definitely shown that MMW techniques give new practical opportunities in comparison with similar microwave or infrared systems and new types of semiconductor devices, waveguides and antennas impose the future progress in this area
