Abstract :
We present a sufficient condition for the robust stability of uncertain delay systems. The robust stability criterion obtained eliminates the need to solve the Lyapunov equation and can be used to estimate the value of the delay time. The result is less conservative than delay-independent criteria and delay-dependent criterion when delay is small. An example is given to show the applicability of the proposed method
