Abstract :
One way to design an observer for a nonlinear system is to try to turn it into a bilinear one, or more generally a time-varying linear one, up to output injection, by local diffeomorphism. Checking such a possibility is not easy, and that is why this paper intends to provide a symbolic computation environment for this question
