Abstract :
This paper proposes a multiple input power conditioner topology to integrate intermittent nature of renewable sources such as solar, wind, etc. The proposed power conditioner makes the interface among solar PV and wind generator to obtain well-regulated output voltage. The regulated energy can be transferred into the load through wind hybrid energy systemPWM inverter. The paper is mainly focused on the integration and voltage regulation of multiple input power conditioner topology. Mathematical model is developed and dynamic simulation model is developed in MATLAB/Simulink platform. Simulation study is carried out using the real weather data collected from the monitoring station installed at NITC campus. Simulation results shows that this topology promises significant performance in integration and voltage regulation of renewable energy power-harvesting systems.
