Abstract :
We present the techniques and instruments and also the research results, regarding the integration and adaptation of Romanian enterprises, found in a full transition process to the EU and World´s economy, by using the reference architectures, modeling languages and Web technologies, to adapt shortly to the new requirements of the market and to the clients orientation.
