Abstract :
A high gain, low voltage, fully differential nested Gm capacitance compensation operational amplifier topology is reported. An analysis of its Common Mode Feedback (CMFB) scheme and its implementation are presented. The testing of the fabricated circuit shows that 40 dB PSRR & CMRR can be achieved at 1.5 MHz with 1.5 V power supply
