  • Abstract
    With the development of industrial economy, the polyurethane encapsulation equipments are more and more widely applied in semiconductor industry, construction industry, automobile industry, aviation industry and other industries. And the existing encapsulation equipments basically are based on PLC. In order to improve the accuracy and implement intelligent, a new generation of polyurethane encapsulation system controlled by microcontroller is developed based on the former generation. It uses touch-screen as I/O devices, which not only has good interactivity and high reliability, and also simplifies the external circuit and saves I/O ports. At the same time, using A/D converter converts collected temperature and pressure signal to digital signals, and gives them to microcontroller.
