Abstract :
Condition of liquid insulation is determinative factor as for assessment of technical state of oil-filled equipment so for prolongation of its service life. The existing approach to physicochemical assessment of liquid insulation ignores both individual structural group composition of oil and the dynamics of destructive alterations occuring in it in the process of operation under the influence of structural features of equipment and its mode of operation. Considered in the report is the assessment of technical condition of transformer oil on water content, acid number, dielectric loss tangent, specific volumetric oil resistance and Verman index with an account of mutual effect of the above parameters, as well as the dynamics of their alterations in the process of operation.
