  • Abstract
    The problems faced by the development of city circle economy, how to promote city circle economic development and give full play to the traction role of the region´s leading cities, adjusting and optimizing industry structure, and through the changing of economic development mode to realize city circle economic survival and sustainable development, which has become key issues in city circle economic development. This paper takes production services as breakthrough point to restructure industrial set-ups and transform economy growth mode. From the production services angle, the paper made an emphasizing probe to the approach of city circle economy implementation of sustainable development on basis of analyzing the role of production services in city circle economy development, this paper put forward decision-making reference for city circle economy development from three lays: vision lay, linking lay and foundation lay.
