Abstract
This paper presents the first fully balanced, input/output rail-to-rail class-AB amplifier. The amplifier was designed for use in a Σ-Δ modulator driving heavy capacitive loads at high speeds. It drives 50 pF loads at a rate of 58 V/μ-sec differentially to within 150 mV of either supply rail, operating at 3.3 V with a quiescent current of 600 μA
