Abstract :
The general activity model and structure of the university scientific research information management based on workflow is posed in this thesis. Furthermore, DEA method is imported into the evaluation of scientific research which overcomes the influence of human factors in the evaluation of scientific research effectively and the evaluation method and results are completely objective and transparent and thus it is equipped with the unparalleled advantage compared with the other methods. Experimental results show that the application of DEA algorithm is feasible and effective.
