Abstract :
This paper presents an approach to the improvement of the range ambiguity resolution performance by making use of an extended Chinese Remainder Theorem (CRT), which is valid for moduli non-mutually prime. A CRT algorithm possessing computational simplicity and feasibility is proposed to alleviate the over-sensitive error that is inherent in the classical CRT and caused by noisy data. Some results from theoretical analysis and Monte Carlo simulation show that, under some condition weaker than usual. the probability of correct ambiguity resolution is greater than the canonical method.
