Abstract

Subscription management is a key requirement for next-generation networks. This paper describes a three-tier, CORBA-based database access framework to manage subscription information. The TINA subscription information model is used. The back end is an object-oriented database. A CORBA-based middleware component is developed to allow the TINA subscription management component to access the database
