Abstract :
In contractor prequalification evaluation process, there are many indicators which are apprised with Fuzzy linguistic variables. A new making method based on entropy weight and gray TOPSIS is presented here. The decision establishes a new kind of similar approach degree by combining the Euclidean distance with grey correlation degree to appraise the scheme, considers the gray information and fuzzy information in decision-making process and realize evaluation and ranking of the potential bidders overall by comparing with the new kind of similar approach degree. Finally, through analyzing a simple numerical example of contractor prequalification process, the present paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the decision, as well as the advantages, potential and shortcomings of the decision, clearing the direction for future research.
