Abstract :
In this paper, the spatial query models of multi platforms are analyzed. A 2-level MBR filter spatial join method (2FSJM) is proposed, which improves the performance of multi-platforms, including Oracle Spatial, ArcSDE and the open source platform OGR/GEOS. The experiments on multi-platforms are implemented. The results show that the improvement is valid.
