Intelligent network system research and construction program

The paper firstly introduces the basic conception of intelligent network and the four-layer network structure of intelligent network, then analyzes the three key technologies in intelligent network with emphases, including control of call management, realization of charge system and security management of intelligent network platform. On the basis of this, a device layout scheme of intelligent network platform is proposed, and a scheme in which intelligent network links network management center, charge center, business hall and third-party database is designed.
