Abstract :
The most of national enterprises perform the corporate social responsibility at passive stage. This stage brings a lot of bad problems. Therefore, this paper analyzed internal and external influence factors on the social responsibility, including the enterprise value, financial performance, market competition, government regulation, consumer and equity structure. The paper concluded that the development of the enterprises must undertake the social responsibility passively.
