Realization of Environmental Inspection and Early Warning in Computer Information System

Environmental inspection, management and early warning play an important role in environmental protection. Their main purpose is to collect, handle and evaluate contamination from different sources, and the result of which will offer an overall reflection of conditions of current contamination, analyze influential factors and indicate their regular changes and tendency. Being a means to environmental management, the computer information management system can automatically inspect and control environment without people´s care, involvement on the basis of offering fast and accurate information. This paper deals with the methods to realize environmental inspection and early warning in the computer information system, and focuses on problems to be solved by this system and the system´s formation as well as methods to establish it.
