Abstract :
In this paper, we study the reliability problem of electrical system and power device of certain-type armored vehicle by Copula function. Considering the correlation relationship among variables, confirm the marginal distribution through Weibull distribution, get the Archimedes Copula function and verify it. Establish reliability binary model and get reliability function and failure rate which solves the determination of correlation degree and calculation model. It provides important reference for the computation of the reliability of the complex system.
