Abstract :
In DS-CDMA-MIMO system, the interference from adjacent cells received by user equipment (UE) is space-time related which could be used to design interference cancellation receivers. In this paper, by studying of interference relevance properties, we propose an improved interference cancellation receiver which could be used in actual Multi-antenna Multi-path DS-CDMA systems. Moreover, to further optimize the performance, we also present a new spatial whitening filter. Combined with the filter, the receiver achieves much better BER performance with slightly additional complexity. Simulation results show that when SNR grows, the BER of the proposed receiver drops faster than existing interference cancellation receivers.
