Abstract :
Based on the improved traditional steady-state method which combined with LabVIEW virtual system in measuring of the thermal conductivity of poor conductor, the minutely monitoring of temperature on the two surfaces of a sample is realized. By using the digital output of the acquisition card and external circuits, the sample is made to reach thermal conduction steady state in a short time and keeping stable. During the data processing, the cooling curve of the plate and some other parameters are recorded and the slope of cooling is calculated by LabVIEW. The design realizes the automatic monitoring, automatic controlling and measuring.
