Abstract :
Stabilization of linear systems with noncommensurate time delays using state feedback is approached in terms of a sufficient algebraic criterion for asymptotic stability. A stepwise procedure for computing a stabilizing feedback matrix is given in terms of the stabilization of a finite collection of finite-dimensional (delay-free) systems.
