Abstract :
Several nonlinear trellis modulation codes based on multilevel continuous-phase frequency-shift-keying (M-CPFSK) are presented. On additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channels, these digital FM schemes achieve higher minimum Euclidean distances and memory lengths than the conventional CPFSK signals
