Abstract :
Educational information promote the field of education the changes taking place at various levels, create more social benefits for education. Educational information also introduce more risks to educational process, these risks constitute important constraining factor in the educational benefits generated. In this paper, introduced risk management mechanisms into planning and implementation of the education information technology, analyzed the educational information in a different phase characterized by five steps of risk management, information technology effectively to improved the effectiveness of education and promoted risk management of information technology in education mechanism for improving the process.
