Abstract
This paper analyzes the special nature of low-carbon ecological mining construction and establishes the multi-stage comprehensive evaluation model on low-carbon ecological mining construction, which considers the three dimensions of history, present and future. The first phase evaluation is proceeded through setting prerequisites to screen. The second phase evaluation is proceeded through building fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, in which efficacy coefficient method is adopted to determine membership and AHM is adopted to determine weights determined; In order to encourage enterprises to ongoing proceed low-carbon ecological mining construction, the third phase evaluation is proceeded through establishing dynamic comprehensive evaluation model with the features of incentive or punishment. The examples demonstrate the validity and applicability of the model, which provided an effective way for low-carbon ecological mining construction.
