Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. Insulators, polymers and ceramic oxides have been charged under electron irradiation. Then the specific heat Cp has been measured in a microcalorimeter at room temperature. In addition to the lattice contribution Cp L we have to consider two extra terms due to the charge δCPcharge and to the polarization δC Ppol. Results show that the behavior of Cp (t) as a function of the time depends on δCPcharge (t) and δCPpol (t). The variation of the specific heat as a function of the charge has been also investigated in this work
