Usually, most people use cell phone only to community. However, we hope without changing users´ habits, using communicating wireless technique and embedding system editing to provide people the media of long-distant caretaking. Contrasting with GPRS and 3G system etc, this research of GSM system especially strives for the combination of popularization, high using and covering rate, and lower fee needed for the patients who need help, to provide the method of diagnosis of blood pressure measurement and include emergency processing function for the patients who need healthy care and emergency help etc.
