Abstract :
In practice situations when meet or there are no means of obtaining information on variables of a condition (VC) of considered subject domain, in particular objects of identification, forecasting, diagnosing, management, ets., or obtaining such information with known for means isn´t represented economically expedient. It is considered and investigated possibilities of application of TPMS methods in the solution of problems of FST.
