Abstract
In this paper we report our experience of introducing Web interfaces into a real distributed management platform that provides a consistent and uniform way of accessing services such as fault management, performance management, business management, call center, and service management. The use of Web interfaces that allow to access these services was greatly felt by the organization and improved enormously the quality of service provided to the clients
