Abstract
This paper presents a measurement campaign for the development of suitable RF channel models for digital terrestrial television. These are necessary for the development of demodulator devices that are optimised for high performance at low cost, since the performance of synchronisation and equalisation subsystems are critically dependent on the distortions in the channel.
