Abstract
Based on the actual management and production status quo of the Chinese port economy under a market economy, and from a system´s point of view, this paper combines the theory of production functions with the theory of optimum allocation of resources, and applies the principles and methods of econometrics to dynamic system models, thus establishing the system analysis theory of the Chinese port economies of scale and dynamic system simulating models
