Abstract :
In this report we discuss parameters of the receiver module at 30-32 GHz with down conversion. A new MMIC wideband low noise receiver chip XR1002 at 20-32 GHz is applied. The receiver module has waveguide input (WR28), video and IF outputs and compact dimensions suitable for multibeam focal plane array (FPA) applications at a solar radio telescope.
