Abstract :
A theory of topological spaces that proved useful for analysis, design, and pattern recognition of multidimensional large-scale systems is discussed. Primitive and primitively path-connected spaces (PPCSs) are introduced. Finite and finitely connected spaces are discussed, as are T1(T2)-discrete, Alexandroff, and PPCS-like spaces. Relationships among primitively derived, Alexandroff, and PPCSs are examined
