Abstract :
In order to understand the research of psychological distance in different subjects especially in economics and business, the quantitative analysis of periodical at home and abroad is used in this paper. By analyzing of the data from CNKI and web of science (1981-2011), we get the figures and tables which can illustrate the situation and distribution of the research on psychological distance. The results show the trend and distribution of psychological distance: compared with the European countries and American, the theory of psychological distance is mainly used on the pragmatic aspect and more research are focused on the use of choice of target markets in the transnational business or brand awareness, in the fields of economics and business.
