  • Abstract
    In order to monitor the promoting effect of science and technology advancement on traditional industry upgrading, the logical structure of science and technology advancement reflecting traditional industry upgrading has been analyzed, and on the base of this, an evaluation index system has been proposed from perspectives of science and technology base, science and technology investment, science and technology transformation, science and technology output, and industry development. According to the statistical data from 2009 to 2010, the level of science and technology advancement reflecting traditional industry upgrading in China has been evaluated by using multi-hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive method and the result shows that it is in a low level and has a big gap between all the regions, and there is also is a scalari form situation between eastern and western regions.
