  • Abstract
Supply chain is a "social structure" which is embedded in enterprises\´ social relationship network and information network, and its organizational behavior is one of fundamental factors that influence the formation, conduction and control of supply chain risk. This paper reviews relative literature in four aspects below: management process, identification, evaluation and control of supply chain risk; risk attitude and activity adjustment of node enterprises of supply chain; supply chain risk conduction and supply chain of embeddedness structure. And the paper points out that embeddedness structure should be a key point of supply chain risk research. Researching on relationship between supply chain of embeddedness structure and risk, supply chain risk conduction mechanism & mode and supply chain of embeddedness structure & rick control framework, we can build the framework of the supply chain of embeddedness structure & rick control, and then improve the efficiency of supply chain risk management in order to avoid or reduce the loss of the risk.
