Abstract :
This paper presents the analysis of the loaded Q-factor of a quasi-lumped resonator with inductive feeder. The resonator is realized as a double layer printed structure: inductor-via-capacitor. Analysis of the inductive feeder considers all coupling configurations for this feeder-resonator structure as well as the possible feeder modifications. The wide range of realized loaded Q-factors is presented. Reduction of the loaded Q-factor is proposed by varying the feeder length. The resonator usage is exemplified by a bandpass filter realization.
