Abstract
In this paper we present a solution of a generalization of the state feedback H∞-control problem for a class of nonlinear systems. Rather than ensuring that the closed loop has finite energy gain from disturbance to output as in standard H∞-control, the control policy resulting from this generalized problem yields closed loop finite power gain. Furthermore, the control problem is optimal in the sense that the resulting control yields minimal closed loop available power
