Abstract
Experimental design, or DoE, is offered as an empirical method of sensitivity analysis. In particular, the use of uncontrollable factors and second-order effect estimates are suggested to ensure robustness of the system to parametric uncertainty. An augmentation to Yates algorithm (1937) for 3k factorial designs is described
