Abstract :
Design issues for UHF filters are addressed. The results show that effects of OTA parameters drastically limit the frequency response. Pseudo-differential OTAs using feedforward techniques are presented. It is concluded that linearized single stage OTAs are useful for UHF, and that combining high frequency voltage-to-current transducers with current mirrors high frequency VGAs can be designed
