Abstract :
This paper proposes a new framework for large-scale dynamical control problems from the perspective of hierarchical decomposition and coordination. Its key features include coordination concepts from game theory, the decomposition along the time axis, and parallel processing algorithms to take advantage of the gradually increasing computation capability. Preliminary results are presented through a linear quadratic optimal control problem.
